Installation of Windows and Doors at Marine Vista

We recently completed a tailored aluminum window and door installation for a returning homeowner at Marine Vista. Years ago, she entrusted Han Fong Aluminium with her previous home’s windows and folding doors. Now, she returned to us for her new East Coast apartment, reaffirming her confidence in our craftsmanship.

As an architect with a strong design vision, she collaborated closely with our team. One priority was positioning window frames precisely to allow recess space for invisible grilles. This required technical coordination during fabrication and installation.

Because of the unit’s proximity to the sea, it faces heavy rain and strong wind conditions. To meet these challenges, we installed 1.4mm thick aluminum sliding profiles paired with tempered safety glass for enhanced structural integrity, watertightness, and long-term durability.

The key feature of this aluminum window and door installation is a 4-track sliding balcony door that opens up to ¾ of the space, providing panoramic sea views. A minimal swing door transitions into a set of sleek sliding windows along the living room. Custom bedroom windows were also aligned to fit seamlessly with invisible grilles installed by the owner.

The satin white powder-coated aluminum profiles offer a clean, modern finish that complements the home’s interior styling. This installation demonstrates our ability to deliver high-spec, design-led aluminum systems for architect-driven residential projects.
