A&A Project at Lorong J Telok Kurau

We are proud to share the successful completion of an extensive Addition & Alteration (A&A) project at Lorong J Telok Kurau. This project involved close collaboration with the owner, architect, Professional Engineer (PE), and main contractor to bring the owner’s vision to life.

Project Highlights:
Windows: Over 30 sets of windows
Doors: 4 sets of slide-and-fold doors and a heavy-duty sliding door measuring 3m (width) x 2.4m (height)
Shower Screens: 6 frameless sliding shower screens
Glass Canopies: 3 sets featuring 13.52mm laminated tempered glass for strength and durability
Glass Railings: Over 30 meters of railings, utilizing 21.52mm laminated tempered glass and standoffs to accommodate the perimeter with multiple corners
Custom Features: Meter compartments, pool pump room doors, and mirrors
Materials & Design Excellence:
For this project, we selected 1.4mm aluminum profiles and high-quality hardware to ensure long-term durability and user convenience. The glass railings presented unique challenges due to their intricate design and corners, but the use of the right hardware and workmanship allowed us to deliver a seamless and elegant result.

The project exemplifies the importance of teamwork and attention to detail in achieving the desired outcome. We are thrilled to have worked directly with the owner and all stakeholders to realize this vision and hand over a project that meets both aesthetic and functional standards.
