This Bedok Rise residence features Sliding and Centre Pivot Screens designed to enhance privacy while maintaining natural ventilation and architectural consistency. The developer required a screening solution that integrates seamlessly with existing bedroom casement windows and performs reliably at the roof balcony.

We proposed fixed aerofoil louvres with tighter blade spacing, configured into sliding panels and pivot-operated access screens. This approach delivers effective visual screening without compromising airflow or façade aesthetics.

For the bedrooms, we installed aluminium sliding panels fitted with aerofoil louvre blades. The system works alongside the existing casement windows without altering their original function.
