In a HDB 4-room resale unit along Hougang Ave 2, we provided window retrofitting to enhance both the aesthetic appeal and functionality of the space. The client requested the installation of a sliding door at the kitchen entrance and a bifold door for the common toilet. We chose white aluminum frames with clear glass to maximize the flow of natural light, while creating a more open, spacious feel.

This project was completed in collaboration with Sil Bright Construction Pte Ltd, ensuring seamless coordination and expert craftsmanship throughout the installation process.

To improve the view from the interior, we used thicker aluminum profiles that eliminate the center mullion, ensuring an unobstructed exterior view. In addition to the visual upgrades, a multi-lock system was incorporated to enhance security, ensure watertightness, and guarantee long-term durability.
